IN THE EVENT OF ANY PROBLEM, PLEASE BRING YOUR STALKER MAD BIKE® TO YOUR AUTHORIZED DEALER. HE WILL UNDERTAKE AN INITIAL OBSERVATION AND DIAGNOSIS OF THE POSSIBLE PROBLEM CONCERNING YOUR VEHICLE. ONLY AN AUTHORIZED DEALER IS IN A POSITION TO RETURN A VEHICLE TO US AND TO CLAIM UNDER THE WARRANTY, IN THE EVENT THAT YOU PURCHASED YOUR VEHICLE WITH AN AUTHORIZED DEALER.

THE SERVICE AFTER SALE STALKER MAD BIKE® RESERVES THE RIGHT TO APPLY OR NOT VALIDATE THE WARRANTY ON VEHICLES.

STALKERMADBIKES.COM OR VIA ANOTHER ONLINE SALES PLATFORM MANAGED BY STALKER MAD BIKE® DIRECTLY, AND IN THE EVENT OF ANY PROBLEM REGARDING YOUR VEHICLE, PLEASE CONTACT OUR AFTER-SALES SERVICE BY EMAIL AT STALKER.MADBIKE@GMAIL.COM, ENCLOSING THE WARRANTY CERTIFICATE FOR YOUR VEHICLE ISSUED TO YOU AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

THE SERVICE AFTER SALE STALKER MAD BIKE® RESERVES THE RIGHT TO APPLY OR NOT VALIDATE THE WARRANTY ON VEHICLES.

The Warranty takes effect from the date of purchase as mentioned on the paid invoice. The Warranty is valid and will apply only in the case of an estimated normal use of the vehicle.

The frames as well as the unsprung forks equipping the vehicles of STALKER MAD BIKE® are guaranteed against production faults or any apparent defects making the use of the vehicle dangerous for its user for a minimum period of 1 year. For some models, this warranty period can be extended to 3 years. The After-Sales Service, and after express written agreement of the Sales Department, reserves the right to consider the replacement or exchange of all parts after the period covered by the initial guarantee of the vehicle, without this right being an obligation for STALKER MAD BIKE® towards the customer. It will then be the responsibility of the customer to provide all photos or evidence of the defective part on his vehicle and to present the initial Warranty Certificate to the After Sales Service of STALKER MAD BIKE®.

All accessories or components equipping STALKER MAD BIKE® vehicles are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

If your STALKER MAD BIKE® vehicle is used for professional purposes, please contact us by email at STALKER.MADBIKE@GMAIL.COM and attach a copy of your purchase order and the paid invoice corresponding to the vehicle subject of your request.

PARTICULARITIES

LG® and SAMSUNG® batteries are guaranteed to have a residual capacity of at least 70% after 2 years or 500 full charge cycles.

The finishes (paint and stickers) are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Any damage to the paint or stickers resulting from transport or use of the vehicle cannot be considered as a manufacturing defect.

In the event of a warranty claim, please contact your authorized STALKER MAD BIKE® dealer and provide him with your warranty certificate and the paid invoice corresponding to the vehicle that is the subject of the claim.

If the Warranty claim is accepted, the part or component that is the subject of the claim will be replaced or exchanged with a new part that is identical to the original or adapted to the original.

If the Warranty claim is refused, your authorized dealer will prepare an estimate for the necessary repairs. The work will then begin as soon as the estimate is accepted against the signature of the customer who owns the vehicle.

  • For vehicles purchased from an authorized dealer in possession of his valid approval granted by STALKER MAD BIKE®.
  • For the first owner of the vehicle (the warranty is not transferred to the future purchaser in the case of resale of a used vehicle, except if this resale is carried out by STALKER MAD BIKE® after a complete revision of the vehicle and the signature of a "mandate of resale for a third party" set up by the Sales Department - Occasions).
  • In the case of an estimated normal use of the vehicle.

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY :

  • If requests are made as a result of the use of the vehicle in any competition, professional use not provided for in the purchase order or outside the conditions of use specified in these WARRANTIES, SERVICES and CONDITIONS OF USE.
  • In the event of negligent maintenance or servicing by the notable owner as a result of the After-Sales Service analysis.
  • In the event that the vehicle has suffered an accident or any other abnormal or excessive use in its conditions of use.
  • In the case of a major modification carried out on the vehicle without the written authorization of STALKER MAD BIKE®
  • In the case of exposure of the vehicle to external elements or agents (natural disaster, fire, humidity, frost, excessive heat, abusive transport).
  • In the case of use of the vehicle in ways that do not comply with the technical and safety standards of the users.
  • In all cases involving the owner or the vehicle in circumstances contrary to the law or local provisions applicable at the time of the facts.

The Guarantee does not apply to parts or parts of the vehicle subject to wear and tear through normal use of the vehicle. You will find the list of these parts or parts of the vehicle in the present WARRANTIES, SERVICE & CONDITIONS OF USE.

The Conditions of this Warranty apply only on the condition that the vehicle was purchased on the territory of the European Union or the French DOM TOM and remains there.

No dealer or distributor may modify the terms of these Warranties unless the dealer or distributor replaces the STALKER MAD BIKE® Warranties with its own warranty conditions supported by its own company or structure.

CONDITIONS OF USE

1.1 IS YOUR VEHICLE SUITABLE FOR YOUR USE ?

We have developed our STALKER MAD BIKE® vehicle models to suit different driving styles. We have made sure to adapt these models to the conditions of use allowing them to be used in optimal safety circumstances. You will find in the following lines the criteria corresponding to the intended use for the model you have chosen.

WARNING! FAILURE TO OBSERVE THE CONDITIONS OF USE AS DESCRIBED IN THE FOLLOWING LINES MAY RESULT IN THE RISK OF INJURY OR DEATH OF THE VEHICLE USER, RESULTING IN RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF THE WARRANTY CONDITIONS. Directive 2002/24/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 March 2002). It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure that his vehicle is registered, if applicable, and to respect the zones in which he drives his vehicle. Vehicles under category A may also be used on gravel roads and unpaved roads in good condition. They are not intended or designed for jumping, traveling on rough passages or competition.

Models falling under Category A are referenced under the commercial range "URBEX" and "FOLDERS", namely :

TAIPAN Model; K-RER Model; STRIKR Model; MISS ROSE QUARTZ Model; TEC-HAUL II Model; and also concerns the limited edition model called "SIGNATURE"; TOMAHAWK Model; T-BONE'Z Model; REBEL Model.

Category B: Vehicles in this category are intended for use identical to vehicles classified in category A, but also intended for mixed use on light gravel or stone roads as well as on roads or lanes intended for moped traffic. These vehicles are not designed for jumping or competition. These vehicles are intended for use on rough terrain off trails under conditions that do not make the use of the vehicle dangerous to its user or the public in the vicinity. These vehicles are intended for recreational use and should not be used as a form of assistance to a professional practice. It is the responsibility of the owner of the vehicle, as evidenced by the paid invoice and the warranty certificate issued to him, to ensure that his use of the vehicle complies with the laws and regulations applicable in his country or locality.

Category C: The products in Category B are listed under the commercial range PREDATOR Mad Bike®, CARNIVORE Mad Bike® and the "ALL-ROAD" range.

Category C: Products in category C correspond to accessories that can equip vehicles in category B. Any damage or accident resulting from the use of a category C product associated with a category B vehicle will not entitle the vehicle owner to the Guarantees provided for the category B vehicle. The use of a category C product associated with a category A vehicle is prohibited. The use of a product of category C is foreseen and limited to the use on paved and unpaved roads in good condition with a slope not exceeding 20° and a speed not exceeding 20km/h. The use of a category C accessory associated with a category B vehicle on public roads, highways or on any private property in the absence of prior written authorization to use the vehicle associated with the accessory granted by the owner of the private property to the owner of the vehicle is strictly prohibited and withdraws the right to the Guarantees provided in the present WARRANTIES; CONDITIONS OF USE without any possible legal recourse against STALKER MAD BIKE® or its managers or associated companies by right.

Models entering in Category C are the products referenced under the "Trailers" Range, namely : GAS model; MULE model.

PARTS AND PARTS SUBJECT TO WARRANTY ON YOUR STALKER MAD BIKE® VEHICLE WHICH ARE NOT COVERED BY THESE WARRANTIES

As with many mechanical parts, your STALKER MAD BIKE® is subject to a high level of mechanical stress and wear. Different materials and components can react in different ways to wear and mechanical overload. If the service life of a component has been exceeded, sudden breakage or damage may occur, causing a risk of injury to the user. Any scratches, scrapes or discoloration in areas subject to high levels of mechanical stress are an indication that the element has exceeded its intended service life and should be replaced.

List of wear-sensitive parts not covered by the Parts and Accessories Warranty :

-Brake components and parts (discs, pads, oils, screws, grips, cables, hoses, inserts, brackets)

-Tires, tubes, spokes, hubs and rims

-Cables and cable hoses

-Drivetrain components (chain, belt, cassette, hubs, tensioner derailleur, chain guide, crankset, pedals, gearbox).

-Grips and saddle

-Bearings

-Cassette body

MAINTENANCE & OWNER MAINTENANCE

The chain of your electric vehicle is exposed to a high level of stress, especially when using the vehicle in high levels of electrical assistance. Regularly check its wear and tear and make sure it is replaced periodically. Contact your authorized dealer if in doubt.

- Check that the battery is properly attached to its bracket

-Park your vehicle in a clean and dry place

-Recharge your battery after each use of the vehicle

-Inspect for any signs of play in the seat and handlebars

-. Check that the cassette or gearbox as well as the chain or belt are in perfect condition

-Check the condition of the cables and check for oil leaks

-Check the derailleur and apply lubricant (to the derailleur)

-Check the wear of the brake pads and replace them if necessary

-. Check the wheels for any signs of fogging or spoke damage

-Check for any indication of cracking on the frame

-Check for the presence of oil on all parts subject to friction

Never apply oil to the chain without first protecting the brake discs from possible splashes. If the brake pads are exposed to oil or any other form of pollution, replace them without delay.
